The Council is to consist of: (a) the Chair; and (b) one member representing the Commonwealth; and (c) 4 members representing State, Territory and local governments; and (d) 2 members representing the interests of workers in Australia; and (e) 2 members representing the interests of employers in Australia; and (ea) 1 member who has expertise relevant to asbestos safety, asbestos‑related diseases, silica safety or silica‑related diseases; and (f) 2 other members.
