23A Delegation
(1) The CEO may, in writing, delegate all or any of the CEO’s functions or powers under this Act (other than section 14A which confers power on the CEO to obtain information in certain circumstances) to a person who is a member of the staff of the Agency. (2) In exercising any powers or performing any functions under the delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the CEO.
