6 Appointment and procedure

(1) The Trust consists of 12 trustees appointed by the Governor on the recommendation of the Minister.

(1A) The trustees of the Trust must include—

(a) at least 2 persons who have knowledge of, and experience in, the visual arts, and

(b) at least one young person.

(2) Schedule 1 has effect.

(3) In this section—

young person means a person who, at the time of appointment as a trustee, is—

(a) at least 18 years of age, and

(b) not more than 28 years of age.
