11 Dealings with Commonwealth records by Commonwealth institutions
A Commonwealth institution must keep, in writing, information relating to: (a) the destruction or other disposal of a Commonwealth record in that institution’s custody; or (b) the transfer of the custody or ownership of a Commonwealth record in that institution’s custody; or (c) damage to or alteration of a Commonwealth record in that institution’s custody.
