## 23 Records of inter‑governmental authorities The regulations may provide for restricting or excluding the operation of all or any of the provisions of this Act in relation to all or any records of or relating to an authority or body established: (a) for the performance of functions under the law of the Commonwealth and the law of any State or States, the Australian Capital Territory, the Northern Territory or another country; or (b) for the purpose of an agreement between the Commonwealth and any State or States, the Australian Capital Territory, the Northern Territory or another country;
