#### 75 Investment of Architects Fund 75 Investment of Architects Fund > The Board may invest money held in the Architects Fund— > > > (a) if the Board is a GSF agency for the purposes of Part 6 of the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055)—in any way that the Board is permitted to invest money under that Part, or > > > (b) if the Board is not a GSF agency for the purposes of Part 6 of the [Government Sector Finance Act 2018](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2018-055)—in any way authorised for the investment of trust funds or in any other way approved by the Minister with the concurrence of the Treasurer. > > **s 75:** Subst 2018 No 70, Sch 3.4.
