#### 7 Establishment of code of professional conduct 7 Establishment of code of professional conduct > > (1) The regulations may establish a code of professional conduct setting out guidelines that should be observed by architects in their professional practice. > > > (2) The Minister may direct the Board to provide for the Minister’s consideration advice or proposed guidelines relating to any conduct of architects that the Minister considers should be the subject of a code of professional conduct. > > > (3) The Board is to comply with any direction of the Minister under this section.
