#### 68 Board may charge fees for certain services it provides 68 Board may charge fees for certain services it provides > > (1) The Board may charge and recover a reasonable fee for any service it provides under this Act or the regulations. > > > (2) However, nothing in subsection (1) authorises the Board to charge or recover a fee in respect of— > > > > > (a) the inspection of the Register at the offices of the Board during ordinary business hours, or > > > > > (b) any other service, or class of services, prescribed by the regulations.
