#### 66 Exclusion of personal liability 66 Exclusion of personal liability > Anything done or omitted to be done— > > > (a) by the Board, a Board member or a person acting under the direction of the Board or a Board member, or > > > (b) by a committee established by the Board, a committee member or a person acting under the direction of any such committee or committee member, > > does not subject the Board member, committee member or person so acting personally to any action, liability, claim or demand if the thing was done, or omitted to be done, in good faith for the purpose of executing this Act.
