#### 23 Cancellation and suspension of registration 23 Cancellation and suspension of registration > > (1) A person ceases to be registered as an architect if the person’s name is removed from the Register. > > > (2) A reference in this Act to the cancellation of an architect’s registration is a reference to the removal of the architect’s name from the Register. > > > (3) A person whose registration as an architect is suspended is taken not to be an architect during the period of the suspension, except for the purposes of Part 4 (Complaints and disciplinary proceedings).
