17C Refusal or failure to comply with requirement
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, refuse or fail to comply with a requirement of the Board or an appointed person under section 17B.
Penalty: 60 penalty units, in the case of a natural person;
300 penalty units, in the case of a body corporate.
