20F Appeal against determination of complaint
[Section 20F Amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 29, Applied:01 Jul 2025] [Section 20F Inserted by No. 32 of 2020, s. 13, Applied:01 Nov 2023] A person who has made a complaint, or an architect against whom a complaint is made, may appeal to the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal against –
(a) the dismissal of the complaint under section 20B(2) ; or
(b) the determination of the complaint, and the making of any order, under section 20E .
