20 Continued use of name
[Section 20 Substituted by No. 59 of 1970, s. 9 ][Section 20 Amended by No. 32 of 2020, s. 12, Applied:01 Nov 2023] Where two or more architects practise architecture in partnership and one of them ceases by death, agreement, or otherwise to be a partner, the remaining partner or partners and any other architects joining in partnership with him, her or them may, subject to any agreement, retain the name of the former partner in the name of their firm.
