#### 32 Training contracts presumed to benefit minors 32 Training contracts presumed to benefit minors > In the application of the [Minors (Property and Contracts) Act 1970](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1970-060) to a training contract into which a minor has entered as an apprentice or trainee, the participation by the minor in the contract is, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, taken to be for the benefit of the minor.
