sec.31 Court and Civil Legislation Amendment Act 2017
This section applies if, before the commencement— a person had an entitlement to a payment from the fund under section 22; and the board had not decided the amount of the payment. Section 22, as amended by the Court and Civil Legislation Amendment Act 2017 , applies in relation to the person’s entitlement. s 31 ins 2017 No. 17 s 14 (sec.31-ssec.1) This section applies if, before the commencement— a person had an entitlement to a payment from the fund under section 22; and the board had not decided the amount of the payment. (sec.31-ssec.2) Section 22, as amended by the Court and Civil Legislation Amendment Act 2017 , applies in relation to the person’s entitlement.
