Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

These regulations say that, for the Anzac Day Act, an adult general admission ticket counts as a “prescribed admission ticket” when it is for a large race event or a professional sport event. They also repeal the earlier 1961 regulations. The change affects event organisers, ticket‑holders and enforcement officers by clarifying which types of tickets are treated under the Act on Anzac Day and so changes how admission and exclusion rules apply at those events.
