87A Report of Commissioner to Tribunal (1) If the Commissioner refers a complaint to the Tribunal under section 86(1), the Commissioner must give a report in relation to the complaint to the Tribunal and the parties within 60 days of referring the complaint. (2) If a complainant applies to have the complaint heard by the Tribunal, the Tribunal may order the Commissioner to give a report in relation to the complaint to the Tribunal and the parties within 60 days of the application. (3) The report must include all of the information in relation to the complaint that the Commissioner reasonably believes will be relevant for the hearing. (4) This section does not prevent the Tribunal from taking any other evidence in relation to the hearing.
