66F Complaint declined – similar complaints prohibited (1) If the Commissioner declines a complaint under section 66E, the complainant cannot make another complaint in relation to the same conduct, unless the Commissioner gives the complainant permission to do so. (2) Nothing in this section prevents the Commissioner from evaluating a complaint to which Division 4 applies under section 83(c) after the complaint has been declined.
