66B Commissioner may seek response from respondent (1) In assessing the complaint, the Commissioner may request information in relation to the complaint from a respondent. (2) The Commissioner may request information from a respondent if: (a) the Commissioner has notified the complainant that the Commissioner intends to request the information; and (b) the Commissioner believes the respondent's information may result in a resolution of the complaint or for any other reason the Commissioner considers it appropriate to do so.
