66 Commissioner to accept or decline complaint (1) The Commissioner must, after assessing a complaint, decide to accept or decline the complaint: (a) for a representative complaint – no later than 90 days after receiving it; or
Anti-Discrimination Act 1992 45 (b) otherwise – no later than 60 days after receiving it. (2) The Commissioner must notify the complainant of the Commissioner's decision under subsection (1) as soon as practicable after making it.
