62ARepresentative complaints

62A Representative complaints (1) A representative complaint must allege systemic discrimination. (2) A representative complaint is not required to: (a) name the individual members of the group who are affected by the systemic discrimination; or (b) identify the number of individuals affected by the systemic (3) The complainant in a representative complaint is not required to obtain the consent of the individuals it alleges are affected by the systemic discrimination.
