27Prohibition of aiding contravention of Act

27 Prohibition of aiding contravention of Act (1) A person shall not cause, instruct, induce, incite, assist or promote another person to contravene this Act.

Anti-Discrimination Act 1992 25 (2) A person who causes, instructs, induces, incites, assists or promotes another person to contravene this Act is jointly and severally liable with the other person for the contravention of this Act.
