16 Annual report (1) The Commissioner shall furnish a report to the Minister not later than 30 September in each year on the operation of this Act for the 12 months to 30 June immediately preceding. (2) The Minister may, in writing, direct the Commissioner to report on specified matters in a report furnished under subsection (1). (3) A direction given under subsection (2) shall be included in the report furnished under subsection (1). (4) The Minister shall cause a copy of each report furnished under subsection (1) to be laid before the Legislative Assembly not later than 6 sitting days of the Assembly after the report has been so furnished.
