115 Service of document A notice or document required to be served on or given to a person under this Act may be served or given: (a) by delivering it to the person; or (b) by posting it to the person at the person's place of residence or business; or (ba) by sending it to the person's email address; or (c) by leaving it at the person's place of residence or business with a person who is apparently over the age of 16 years and living or working there.
