113 Protection from legal proceedings (1) No action or proceedings, whether civil or criminal, shall be commenced or continue against a person for or in relation to an act, omission or thing done in good faith by the person in the performance or exercise, or purported performance or exercise, of a function or power under this Act. (2) No action or proceeding, whether civil or criminal, shall be commenced or continue against a person in respect of any loss or damage suffered by another person by reason only that the person: (a) lodged a complaint; or (b) provided information or evidence to the Commissioner or the Tribunal.
