112 Commencement of proceedings for offences A prosecution for an offence against this Act shall be commenced not later than: (a) 12 months after the offence was committed; or (b) 6 months after the offence comes to the Commissioner's knowledge, Anti-Discrimination Act 1992 66 whichever period ends last, but a prosecution shall not be commenced more than 2 years after the offence is committed.
