110C Enforcement orders (1) The Commissioner may apply to the Local Court for an enforcement order if the Commissioner considers that the person who gave an enforceable undertaking has contravened it. (2) The Local Court may make any of the following enforcement orders if the Local Court is satisfied that the person who gave the enforceable undertaking has contravened it: (a) an order directing the person to comply with the enforceable undertaking; (b) an order directing the person to do any specified act or thing for the purpose of complying with the enforceable undertaking; (c) an order revoking the enforceable undertaking; (d) any other order the Local Court considers appropriate in the circumstances.
