107 Powers of Supreme Court The Supreme Court, on hearing an appeal under this Part, may do one or more of the following: (a) affirm or vary the decision or order appealed against; (b) quash the decision or order appealed against and substitute any decision or order that the Tribunal may make under this Act; (c) remit the matter to the Tribunal for further hearing or consideration, or for rehearing; (d) make such other orders (including as to costs) as the Court considers appropriate.
