6‑37 Prescribed agencies
For the purposes of paragraph 39B(4)(g) of the Act, the following Commonwealth, State or Territory agencies are prescribed: (a) the Independent Broad‑based Anti‑corruption Commission of Victoria; (b) the Crime and Corruption Commission of Queensland; (c) the Corruption and Crime Commission of Western Australia; (d) the Independent Commission Against Corruption of South Australia; (e) the Office of the Independent Commissioner Against Corruption of the Northern Territory.
