5‑4 Reviewing and updating AML/CTF policies following independent evaluation
For the purposes of subparagraph 26F(3)(c)(ii) of the Act, the AML/CTF policies of a reporting entity must deal with reviewing and updating the AML/CTF policies in response to an independent evaluation report that contains adverse findings in relation to the AML/CTF policies.
