#### 172J Copies of record of examination given subject to conditions A person (the first person) commits an offence of strict liability if: (a) a copy of the whole or a part of a record is given to a person under subsection 172G(2) or 172H(3) subject to conditions; and (b) the first person: (i) is the person referred to in paragraph (a); or (ii) has possession, custody or control of the copy or a copy of it; and (c) the first person engages in conduct; and (d) the first person’s conduct breaches the condition. Penalty: 30 penalty units.
