172DExamination to take place in private

#### 172D Examination to take place in private (1) An examination under this Division must take place in private and the examiner may give directions about who may be present during it, or during a part of it. (2) A person commits an offence of strict liability if: (a) the person is present at the examination; and (b) the person is not: (i) the examiner or examinee; or (ii) a member of the staff of AUSTRAC approved by the examiner; or (iii) entitled to be present by virtue of a direction under subsection (1) or subsection 172F(1). Penalty: 30 penalty units.
