#### 153 Announcement before entry An authorised officer executing a monitoring warrant must, before entering premises under the warrant: (a) announce that he or she is authorised to enter the premises; and (b) give any person at the premises an opportunity to allow entry to the premises. > Note: Monitoring warrants are issued under section 159.
