13 Eligible gaming machine venues
For the purposes of this Act, if: (a) a person (the first person) is in control of a particular venue; and (b) one or more gaming machines are located at the venue; and (c) the first person is neither the owner nor the lessee of the gaming machines; and (d) such other conditions (if any) as are specified in the AML/CTF Rules are satisfied; then: (e) the venue is an eligible gaming machine venue; and (f) the first person is the controller of the venue.
