13 Functions of Tribunal
[Section 13 Amended by No. 18 of 2021, s. 10, Applied:05 Nov 2021] The functions of the Tribunal under this Act are –
(a) to conduct an inquiry into a complaint; or
(b) [Section 13 Amended by No. 7 of 2025, s. 21, Applied:01 Jul 2025] to review a decision of the Commissioner relating to exemptions, withdrawals, rejections, dismissals and non-acceptances of complaints.
