#### 19AB Offence relating to return of indigenous species A person commits an offence if: (a) the person brings into the Antarctic a seal, bird or plant; and (b) the seal, bird or plant is a native seal, a native bird or a native plant; and (c) the person does not bring the seal, bird or plant into the Antarctic in accordance with a permit. Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years or 120 penalty units, or both.
