#### 12PA Method of giving notice of variations etc. For the purposes of subsections 12N(1), (2) and (3) and 12P(1), the method by which notice must be given is: (a) in writing to the proponent of the activity covered by the authorisation to which the notice relates; or (b) by a message transmitted by radio, telephone or other electronic means to the proponent of the activity covered by the authorisation to which the notice relates; or (c) by notice published in the Gazette.
