#### 14 Provisions as to enforcement of orders, appeals etc 14 Provisions as to enforcement of orders, appeals etc > The provisions of the [Industrial Relations Act 1996](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1996-017), and of the regulations under that Act, relating to— > > > (a) recovery of a penalty, and > > > (b) the making of an order for the payment of interest on an amount of money, and > > > (c) an application for, and enforcement of, an order for the payment of money or interest on an amount of money, and > > > (d) an appeal from, or the stating of a case by, the Local Court to the Industrial Relations Commission in Court Session, > > apply to proceedings under this Act for the recovery of a penalty or the payment of money or interest on an amount of money. > > **s 14:** Am 1983 No 91, Sch 2 (6); 1991 No 17, Sch 1.
