7 Identification of dogs
(1) A person who has the care or charge of a dog that has been weaned must ensure that the dog can be individually identified.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
(2) A person who has the care or charge of a puppy that has not yet been weaned must ensure that the puppy can be –
(a) individually identified; or
(b) identified by its relationship to its dam.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 20 penalty units.
