41A Offences against officer
[Section 41A Inserted by No. 13 of 2002, s. 16, Applied:25 Jun 2002] A person must not intimidate, threaten or abuse an officer.
Penalty: In the case of –
(a) [Section 41A Amended by No. 18 of 2015, s. 21, Applied:24 Jun 2015] a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 500 penalty units; or
(b) [Section 41A Amended by No. 18 of 2015, s. 21, Applied:24 Jun 2015] a natural person, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or both.
