41 Obstruction
A person must not obstruct or hinder a person in the exercise of a power or the performance of a duty conferred or imposed by this Act.
Penalty: [Section 41 Amended by No. 13 of 2002, s. 15, Applied:25 Jun 2002] In the case of –
(a) [Section 41 Amended by No. 18 of 2015, s. 20, Applied:24 Jun 2015] a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 250 penalty units; or
(b) [Section 41 Amended by No. 18 of 2015, s. 20, Applied:24 Jun 2015] a natural person, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months, or both.
