93 Definitions—div 7.9 officer means— (a) an inspector; or (b) an authorised officer; or (c) any other person who enters premises under section 81 (4) or section 83 (4) while the person is on the premises; or (d) in relation to a function under section 86—a veterinary practitioner. owner, of an injured or dead animal, means the owner of the animal immediately before its injury or death.
