91 Obstructing etc veterinary practitioner A person must not hinder, obstruct, intimidate or resist a veterinary practitioner in the exercise of the veterinary practitioner’s functions under this Act. Note The Criminal Code, pt 3.6 and pt 3.8 include offences for giving false and misleading statements to, or obstructing, Territory public officials.
