73C Regulatory action Each of the following is regulatory action when taken against an approved person: (a) putting a condition on, or amending a condition put on, the person’s approval; (b) suspending the person’s approval for a stated period or until a stated thing happens; (c) cancelling the person’s approval; (d) cancelling the person’s approval and disqualifying the person from applying for an approval of that kind for a stated period or until a stated thing happens.
