24I Conditions for pet business licence (1) A pet business licence is subject to— (a) any condition imposed by the authority when issuing the licence; and (b) any condition imposed by written notice given to the licensed pet business at any other time; and (c) any condition prescribed by regulation. (2) It is also a condition of a pet business licence that the pet business comply with any relevant mandatory code of practice. (3) The authority may only impose a condition on a licence if satisfied
