15 Transport of animals—generally (1) A person commits an offence if the person transports an animal in a way that causes, or is likely to cause, the death of or unnecessary injury, pain or stress to the animal. transport, an animal, includes— (a) carry the animal in a moving vehicle by itself or with other (b) confine the animal for the purpose of carrying the animal in a vehicle.
