#### 8 Advisory committees 8 Advisory committees > > (1) The Panel may, with the consent of the Minister, appoint such advisory committees as may be necessary to enable it to exercise its functions. > > > (2) Subject to subsection (3), the constitution and procedure of an advisory committee shall be as prescribed. > > > (3) At least one of the members of an advisory committee shall be a member of the Panel.
