59 Application for project approval (1) An application for a project approval may be made to an accredited animal ethics committee by: (a) a registered person; or (b) the chief investigator for the project acting under the authority of a registered person. (2) The application must be in the form required by the animal ethics (3) The animal ethics committee may require the applicant to provide any additional information the committee considers necessary to enable the committee to determine whether or not to approve the project.
