45 Duration and renewal of registration (1) A registration continues in force for 3 years, subject to its suspension, cancellation or surrender. (2) Before the date of expiry, the registered person may apply to the CEO for the renewal of the registration. (3) The application for renewal must: (b) be supported by the information specified by the CEO for this subsection; and (c) be accompanied by any fee prescribed by regulation. (4) Sections 42 to 44 apply to an application for a renewal of registration as if it were an application for registration.
