44 Conditions of registration (1) A registration is subject to the conditions the CEO considers (2) The CEO must specify, in the decision notice given under section 43(2), any conditions imposed on the registration. (b) the registration is subject to a condition under subsection (1); and (c) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and (d) the conduct results in a contravention of the condition and the (4) Strict liability applies to subsection (3)(a) and (b).
